About Our Training Sessions
Our coach training classes offer a unique opportunity to learn from Jill Monaco, a PCC-credentialed life coach with the ICF and founder of Freedom Coaching®. Join us for transformative coaching sessions designed to empower and equip you with the skills needed to excel in life coaching. Each month, we offer a unique class that delves into different aspects of coaching, ensuring you gain comprehensive insights and practical tools. All classes may be submitted to ICF and CCNI for CCE credit in Core Competencies. These classes range from beginner to expert-level coaching skills. You can take one or multiple courses. Offered monthly without a monthly commitment.

Join us on Zoom on the first Thursday of every month, starting at 7 pm CST, for an engaging and interactive session.
Class Duration
Each class runs for 60-90 minutes, providing in-depth learning, interaction with other coaches, and practice of ICF & CCNI Core Competencies.

Practice Coaching Lab (Live Group Coaching)
Coaches will practice live coaching in a safe, supervised environment. Includes feedback aligned with ICF competencies and the Freedom Coach Model. Observation counts toward reflective learning CCEs.

Learn how to design and lead group coaching experiences that are transformational—not chaotic. We’ll cover group dynamics, psychological safety, time management, and when coaching tools serve (or disrupt) the group container.

A case-consultation style session where coaches bring real client challenges. Mid-year recalibration focused on spiritual abuse recovery and clients who challenge the coach emotionally. Emphasis on coach regulation, ethics, and scope of practice.

A reflective close to the year. Coaches will assess growth, identify competency development, and prayerfully discern next-year focus areas. Includes CCE-friendly reflective exercises for the coach and guidance on how to introduce them to clients.
