When I first started Jill Monaco Ministries, I didn’t know I’d create Freedom Coaching or The Freedom Coach Model. I did receive a full download from the Lord about the impact we would make. In my excitement, and as we usually do, I underestimated the time God would release the provision for the vision.
In order to serve the Lord well and those who He so graciously trusted me with, I became certified and credentialed with the International Coach Federation (ICF). At the time of this writing, I will be applying for the highest level of honor and the credential as a Master Certified Coach in a few months. That means I’ve coached over 2500 hours and completed over 200 hours of ongoing training over the years.
But what is the difference between Freedom Coaching and The Freedom Coach Model?
Freedom Coaching
Freedom Coaching helps people encounter the presence of God and find freedom in Christ with one-on-one coaching. I coach people who want breakthrough in their relationships, business, career path, life transitions, spiritual life, and health. I find clients come to me because they are stuck in an area, and as life has it, other areas need addressing too. This is the beauty of Christian life coaching. We are body, soul, and spirit, and as such, we cannot isolate one area without it impacting the other areas. Within Freedom Coaching, I often use the tools of The Freedom Coach Model®.
The Freedom Coach Model
The Freedom Coach Model emerged as a specific set of tools that were facilitated within a coaching session. They are activations I learned in part by other inner healing ministries but with a flare of traditional coaching. I found those who wanted inner healing couldn’t maintain it and always needed more ministry. Those with just traditional coaching received some level of breakthrough too but without connecting with God it felt like “trying harder” and without the power of the Holy Spirit. But by blending the best of both worlds, clients started having faster breakthrough and lasting results. This coaching model was so successful in helping my clients achieve freedom that they asked me if I could write down what I did with them. So, I wrote the book, The Freedom Coach Model so they could go through the activations again on their own. I’ve received countless testimonies from counselors, pastors, inner healing ministers (like Sozo), and coaches about how this is exactly what they needed.

The Freedom Certification™
The Freedom Certification™ – I am training those who want to learn how to coach with the Freedom Framework and The Freedom Coach Model. You will have access to the freedom tools that are compliant with ICF Core Competencies. Plus, you will get all the things you need to market, onboard, and facilitate Freedom Sessions with clients. This is where Christian coaches will gain the confidence that their clients will get an incredible breakthrough either by incorporating the Freedom Models into their current coaching practice or by offering their clients a Signature Program. The Freedom Certification Training Program equips coaches to use their gifts and skills to empower their clients to see measurable results. All in partnership with the Lord.
